A tough and starbucks morning

Hello beautiful people!

It's 9 o'clock in the morning, I just finished work and came straight away to college. Because I only start at 10:30, I came to Starbucks, of course! And yes, I have a bloody Starbucks inside my college. How awesome is that?

I ordered a Cappuccino because I absolutely love coffee, I know I know it's not good for me but we all like things that are not good right? Although, I am hardly trying to reduce coffee of my morning routines, well... at least is not coffee coffee, is a Cappuccino, so I assume it's not that bad. Seeing the positive things in everything always!

Decided to write this post because I am in a good mood, or at least trying to! I can say that my morning didn't go very luckily.

  • My alarm didn't ring so I felt asleep
  • Didn't know where my earphones were (and no, I don't leave my house without them).
  • My throat hurts so much that I can't even swallow, I'm ill, damn it!
  • Because I didn't know where my earphones were and what jacket to use, I lost my bus. So, I had to walk for bloody 40 minutes!! In the morning!! In a Monday!!
But because I want to feel happy I'm just writing this post in Starbuck listening to music and drinking a perfect hot Cappuccino. Fingers crossed my trow will be more relief.

Liebster (dear) blogger award

img_6633
Thank you so much once again for nominate me for an award. I feel so happy that I can't really explain! I know that for some of you this might not be a huge thing, but it is for me, so a huge thank you to the blogger (http://hapinesswherever.com/).

Where do you see your blog taking you and how did you get started?
As I mentioned on my previous posts, I want to become a journalist in the BBC Company, so I needed to improve my writing and be more interactive with the audience, and also since I was little I love the idea of writing down our ideas and so I had my diary always with me. To be honest, in the beggining I was not expected having people on my blog, at all. I just thought I will be talking to myself. Altough, I have amazing readers that support me, comment and follow me constantly. A big big big hug to all of you that make me feel cherished.

What kind of blogs do you enjoy reading?
Fashion, beauty, lifestyle... Everything basically! What captures my attention is the title of a post, if I think it's original or the subject interests me, I will give it a click.

What is something creative you did today?
Don't get the wrong idea but I just woke up and after a few things I opened my laptop and went to my blog straight away (I do that everyday!) so there is nothing creative about it.

Do you have a typical weekend and, if so, what does it involve?
For me having a good weekend is: Go to work, come back and go to gym for a good hour or more, go home, take a really good bath with bubbles and watch my serials on my computer, relax and perhaps go and meet some friends or boyfriend. Done!

Something you’ve always meant to do but not done yet?
Good question... Well... I have always wanted a car of course, I think that is my main priority now because the thing I really wanted to buy I already bought, my Canon 750D. So next priority: Car!

Best book in the world is ….?
All from  Nicholas Sparks!!

One thing you could change about yourself?
Be less stressed. But my anxiety doesn't allow me... I have days that I can be stressed the entire day, it's so stupid I know but I can't avoid.

Favourite Instagram account?
First thing I thought "Mine!" ahah obviously I am joking. I don't have any actually. I like to see pictures from everyone I don't have any in specific.

1 thing on your bucket list that you’ve already done?
Complete 2 years of my course successfully with high grades. That was the objective from the beggining and fortunately I am acomplishing them. I only have 1 more year ahead I plan to finished it with the higher grades I can get because if I want to go to such an amazing company I need to put effort in everything I do this year.

What inspires you?
Not what but who. I love Zoella, you may know her, she is very famous comparing to when I ever start watching her videos and reading her blog posts. I started following her because she suffers from the same thing I do, anxiety and panick attacks, and from her I have learned a lot! So a big thank you to her.

The repeat button

It's late. I find myself sitting on my bed right next to my window where I can see the moon so perfectly beautiful and so full of herself.
I am not too sure why I am writing this post.  In fact, I don't even want to publish this but I know that we all have these days and since this blog came out I feel more confident and I don't want to share just the beautiful things of life. This isn't about what products I have bought, what make up I am using today or what place I am going to visit. Sometimes we need to escape from life.
It's when the night comes that everything comes across my mind. I don't use my blog just to report positive aspects. I have bad days too. Really bad days.
I don't like to expose my life on the internet and I am not going to, but I just felt like I should write down what I am feeling. I know it will make me feel happier, at least that's what I used to do when I was little.

What do you think life is? Do you find yourself in the right track? Ready for everything new that might come? I am not and I don't... Sometimes I don't even know anything. It's just too much to handle.

I don't know if I should even feel this way because I am a happy person, I have a house, food on the table everyday, I have a lovely family, but what I want the most at the moment, I don't have. Love. Be loved. To love someone and not feeling the same in return.

Sometimes I just want to press the Stop Button and go anywhere do anything. Alone. We need to take a break from life, from everything and get out of my routine. Leave the city, spend time on my uncle's... Away from this. But even if I do that, the problems would still be here for when I come back, they would still be here waiting for me to fix them. But I am tired of fixing problems and thinking that I can archive another test and sudenly life makes me remake the same test!

I am looking at the moon right now... She is still there looking at me, perhaps thinking I am being silly again but I am not. I have tried, and tried and tried but the Repeat Button is stuck right now. I cannot press it again, I can only go forward. The question is: Is the person capable of follow me and be always by my side every time I need? I don't believe in that to be honest. At this time is quite difficult being able to trust again in the same words and no acts.

I don't want to be wrong, I don't want be unfair but that's what I feel. This is what lives in my mind and doesn't let me press the Repeat Button so I can repeat the amazing things I have lived. There are such amazing moments, amazing memories I would love to repeat and smile in the same way I smiled... but I have to depend on someone, and that someone doesn't seem to help me.

Anyway, time has passed, it's late.. literally. I tried to sleep but I kept looking at the window and writing this was The solution. I am sorry if this is not what you expected but well... guess what? I have bad days too, I cry too, I am a sensitive person too. But I will cheer up, I know myself, I can be really sad today and be completely different tomorrow. But don't forget... To smile doesn't mean you are happy, you are just hidding what you feel because saying "I am fine thanks" it's much easier than explaining what really matters. And most of the time people don't want to know how you are, they just ask because it gives them a good looking.

A tip! Be around my friends, be with my family, be on my blog, shopping, be dancing are the things that makes me forget the Real World.

Oily skin? Your right products

Today was my first day back to College and I already have 1 assignment to complete, how is this even real? And because college and extra activities outside College makes me feel so tired I decided to talk about products that make my face feel so more alive and moisturised.

Garnier is not my favourite brand but I find the 2 products above SO good that I couldn't avoid mention them.

The first product is the Garnier Pure Alive- Matte Control.
This product is great for people like me that unfortunately have oil skin. I always find creams very hard to combine correctly with my skin, because everytime I use one it doesn't leave my skin as I wanted to be. But fortunately, this is The One! It leaves the skin with a matte finish and it lasts up to 8 hours. Let's be honest, of course it won't last 8 hours precisely, but close to.
Because my T zone is horrible because my oily skin, this is the PERFECT product for reducing it nearly 8 hours.
If you are not sure if this is the right product for you Ii guarantee you that it is. If your skin is combinations to oily and if your skin appears shiny 2 or 3 hours after using your usual moisturiser, yes this is the one!

You must apply this product on thoroughly cleansed skin every morning and evening, so twice a day. Please be careful with your contour area.
It is proved that is capable of absorbing sebum and sweat that constitute the root of shiny skin while allowing the skin to breathe.

The next product is the Garnier Pure Self-Heating Sauna Mask. I am not going to lie, I haven't tried it. In actually just bought it today so I am really excited to try it out. This mask completes the process of the previous post. So, if you are thinking of having a pamper evening, I advise you to use this mask. It was not expensive, and it will make your skin feel purifies for up to 7 days. One advice, don't use a mask more than once in a week. It's important to treat you skin, but let's take it to the right level.  Don't exaggerate!

So, to use this mask you will apply it to wet skin, massaging gently to start the self-heating action. Obviously, concentrete it on the T zone (forehead, nose and chin). Leave it only for 3 minutes, then rinse.

Sunshine Blogger Award

Hello my lovely readers!

Today I received a notification on my Inbox. I was really excited because every notification I receive from my blog I get really happy because it makes me feel like other people are enjoying my work.

When I first started my blog I didn't expect people to read my blog. I know you may think I am being mad or something but I am not. It's true, when you create a blog those thoughts come across in your mind "I am just creating this but what for? No one is going to read, I am going to be talking just to myself". It is wrong! You must enjoy what you do, you must create content that you really want and whenever you want. It is a free thing, a YOU thing. I love writing, I love reading, that's why I want to become a journalist, and that was one of the reasons that I started this blog.

Anyway... back to where I started. Today I received an email from the blogger (https://mahalgreen.wordpress.com) and when I look into it, I found out that I was nomitaded as a Sunshine Blogger Award. I was very pleased and I am still really happy. Thank you so much for nominate me I am so thankful for that.

My answers
Why did you decide to write a blog?
I decided to write a blog because I want to improve my writing skills. I want to become an amazing journalist in the BBC Company so I must put effort in this. Also, since I was little I used to keep a journal, and every time I wrote on it I felt better and the sadness would eventually go away. Creating a blog was The Thing! Being able to produce contents and share them with other people... well let's just say that writing is one of my passions. And I wish that with my contents I can help some of you.

Do you have a goal in mind for your blog?
Not quite. As I mentioned above I never thought someone would actually read my blog in first place. And now I have some of you that read and comment and even nomenate me for this. I feel really greatful really pleased to all of you that read my blog and enjoy the posts. My goal? Perhaps we don't need to have a goal. It would eventually grow up.

Do you enjoy using social media to spread your posts?
Well yes! Everytime I write a post I automatically share them on my social media. It helped me a lot because if we want to find readers, they are in lots of social medias and you have to share your posts otherwise no one will be able to find you easily.

Do you schedule your blog posts?
No! I have a number in mind. 2 posts a week. And I don't post twice a week very often. I do post when I have ideas and when I feel that I want to. it's not an obligation, we don't need to obligate people to read our posts, they will noticed your effort depending on you, only! Don't worry if you don't have any comments or readers, they will arrive when you do this with joy and not just because you don't have anything to do and "Well I can earn some money out of it".

Where is your ideal place to brainstorm and write blog posts?
In my little and cosy room. There is where I write all of my blog posts. Maybe because it is my own space, my "me" time. I always write them with music and I just let it develop.

When you are not blogging, what are your favourite activities?
Oh I love watching movies and serials! I could actually spend the intire day doing that. And of course my biggest passion, to dance. I am those kind of people that wakes up, checks out if we are or not alone and then turns on the music and starts dancing! I wish I could have more opportunities to dance to be honest...

Who would be with you during these activities?
My best friends and my boyfriend... yes, definitely!

Is blogging your ultimate dream job? If not what is?
I don't plan to live just from being a blogger, or a YouTuber. I want to be a journalist in the BBC Company! Yes, that's the plan!

My make up routine

Hello everyone!
Today I decided to share with you my make up routine. As you can see I don't wear too much make up because at the moment I have quite a good tan, so my foundation wouldn't combine with my color. However, I don't normally use foundation/powder/concealer, only in some days and because this is a make up routine I didn't include them.

First, I start with my eyebrows with the amazing Precision Eyebrow Pencil from KIKO. KIKO has been one of my favourite make up stores. Is not too expensive and the quality is just gorgeous. The color I use is in the number 02 and it's a beautiful dark brown. Because I don't like to actually design my eyebrows I just use the same colour as my hair just to improve them.

Secondly, is the eyes. I start applying a eye gel from Body Shop just under my eyes. This gel helps removing the dead skin and it makes your eyes feel more awake. It will help you with the dark circles.

I then go directly to apply the blush. This is because I like to let the eye gel act and so leave the eyes for after applying the blush.
The blush that I normally use is the beautiful shimmer waves from Body Shop. This blush is just amazing. I think it has the perfect colors for a really good blush. It goes from dark to light and my cheeks look so pretty, it kind makes me look more healthy I don't know.

After, I return to my eyes. I use the Kajal and Eyeliner in the number 06 from KIKO. It is a pretty sparkling brown eyeliner. I personally prefer the pencil eyeliner than the actual pen, I just found out that it's much easier to apply and we don't need to be as perfect as if we used the liquid eyeliner.

Next, I go for the Kajal pencil in the number 100. I just use a little bit of it on my under part of the eye, just to give a little bit more of a awake look. Again, the pencil I use is from KIKO. I love this black pencil. I used to use another ones from different stores but they were never good. I had to be applying it again and again and again, but with this one I don't waste any time. I just apply and that's it! I don't need to be concerned about it.

Then, I go into my favourite part, my eyelashes. I am that type of person that think that witouth mascara, the eyes are never fully finished. It make our eyes bigger, it make our eyes look more pretty and more awake. Perfect for an awake make up. The mascara I have been loving since it came out, is the mascara Lash Sensational from Maybelline. This mascara make my eyelashes appear to have double the size of the original size. I don't even need to use false eyelashes. It gives me a naturall look and I promise you, is amazing!

Lastly but not least (at all) is the lipstick. I am now using my new lipstick from Inglot in the number 100. I love it so much! I love orangy lipsticks, I just find it quite good for my skin. Recently bought and already one of my favourites. It was not too expensive so I highly recommend you to pick that up. The texture is amazing and it lasts for a reasonable time.

And that's it! I am ready for the day.

Birthday girl

Hiii!
I hope you have had an amazing day today. The weather in London is horrible since I came from my holidays, and I am that type of person that gets effected really easily by the weather. BUT! I am not going to think about that because... I just turned 19!! Yeiii! I am getting old, damn it.

On this post, I decided to show you different steps of while I was at home preparing myself for the party. It is very important to refer that I am NOT an expert in make up, I just normally watch different videos and yeah... it's all about practicing. Of course I did have to do something with my hair but unfortunately it did not go how I was expecting. Is it the weather? I don't know. We all have bad hair day, it was not the end of the world. We, girls, understand this so well that I don't even need to explain.

Because my birthday gift was expensive... literally expensive... I decided not to do a huge party, just a small thing with my friends, in a restaurant where we can properly talk and have some fun. I did invite more people but unfortunately it's that time of the year where people are not here because they are in holidays, or they can't make it because of personal issues, ect. So to be honest I was not too exicted for the party. I know, it sounds odd but yeah... After all, everything was good, the food was amazing and so the music.

I love you all xx

Little Inglot haul

Hello guys!

I hope you had a lovely day today, even knowing that today in London didn't look like summer. However, it didn't stop me from going shopping, you know me... always ready to shop regardless the weather!

I am in that stage where I am not too sure what colours fit me correctly because of my skin, but today I decided to just spend a little bit of time in Inglot and try some of them out. As I already knew, pinky lipsticks are the ones that looks better on me, so I went for a really cute pinky, lilac lipstick and I don't regret because I have already tried and I was absolutely in love with it! Number 148
Next, I wanted to go for a orangey lipstick because I used to have one and I really liked it. This one, isn't too dark and not too bright, it's just... gorgeous! I know it looks a little bit like red but when you use it I can guarantee you that it will look superb! Number 100

The texture of both of them are great! It's really soft and gentle while you are applying and if you have the same problem as I do (keep biting your lips until the skin comes off), this lipsticks are great and it won't be a problem.

I know the summer is nearly finish but I love summer colours on my lips, I don't think I could ever wear a berry or a brown lipstick. I mean... we should never say never, perhaps it could look good too.

D&G Advert video

Hi my lovely readers!

As promised, I finaly had time to edit the final work that I talked about on my post Photography session. Magazine assignment. I was so excited when I finaly saw this video done. I am so sorry if I took so long to post this but I really hope you like as much as  I do. It was really hard to finish this project but it was worth it now that it's done.
I don't want to talk about the term "Back to school" that everyone hates, but I really look forward to go to College again. Knowing that this year will be my last year and then I can finaly realize one of my ambitions makes me feel really happy and anxious.

I will see you soon and keep your eyes open for the next posts xx

Portugal Vacations | Lisbon is all about art

Hello beautiful people!
Unfortunately, my holidays have ended and I am back to London but I had so much fun and I enjoyed it a lot! On the day before I came back to London, I went to the amazing Lisbon with my two best friends! How could I go to Portugal and not visit the capital?

It was great, I went to places that I never visited before and I loved it! Portugal is such a beautiful place but Lisbon is just THE place.
In my opinion, Lisbon is all about art, the sculptures, the houses, the streets... I cannot explain, I don't have the right words, I can only say that it was on of the best days while I was in Portugal!

The weather was so good, so hot! If I am not wrong I think it was around 33 degrees, so you can picture it in your head now how warm it was.
I love modern things but I thing I'm more into antique things, I don't know it just feels more 60's and 70's!

The day was gone so, we went to a restaurant by the sea. The food was great, the company was even better and the weather was still amazing! Of course, after dinner we had to go to the most famous place in Lisbon "Santini". I only came to this store once or twice, but the times I went there I was always satisfied. The ice creams are THE BEST. It feels like you are actually eating the fruit and not the ice cream. If you order a mango flavour you will literally feel the taste of the mango.

One of my best friends was so speechless that she didn't believe she was actually eating an ice cream like that.
So if you are in Lisbon right now and you are reading this, go to this store, it's worth it!
